jacob tyler guthrie | creative director

my name is jacob guthrie and i’m a 20-year-old freelance creative originally from ventura, california. i’ve been fascinated by the art of photography & videography since a young age, and have found immense joy in working on personal projects, building content-related businesses, helping clients, and sharing my knowledge with those around me.

over the last 5 years i have turned what once was a portrait photography business into a creative agency, and we now have had over 50+ happy clients. we now offer photo & video of all kinds (weddings, events, properties, etc.), but have expanded our reach to web design, graphic design, and social media content creation.

outside of my personal projects, i am currently attending Westmont College as a third year student in Santa Barbara, California. i also am the founder/CEO of 805MEDIAWORKS, a full-service real estate marketing agency based in Santa Barbara. even more recently, i co-founded 805XPRESS, a printing service based in Westlake Village.
